Instant Expandable Homes will store your purchased home for up to 30 days after it arrives at our yard at no charge. If you need to store your home for longer than 30 days, a fee of $10 per day will be charged for each additional day. To avoid these fees, please arrange for pick-up or delivery within the 30-day period. If you require longer storage, you can prepay for additional time or contact our customer service team to discuss long-term storage options.

To set up your Instant Expandable Home in a fixed location, you will need to engage your local plumber to connect to an existing mains or septic sewer system and much like a caravan, the instant home simply connects to water source via a garden hose, and power source via an electrical lead. Mains power is 15amps which is suitable for running your homes appliances. If you planning to set up off grid you would require rainwater tank, solar panels, battery storage and investigate the kind of toilet system eg compostable, you would prefer.

Caravans are built for frequent travel, emphasising lightness and compactness. Our homes, on the other hand, are designed for more permanent setups. They offer more space at an affordable price, resembling traditional homes rather than a mobile setup. Interestingly, many who initially lived in caravans find the best of both worlds in our Expandable Homes
